Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber shredded & strained
- 32 oz FAGE 5% or whole fat Greek yogurt
- 8 oz sour cream
- juice of 2 lemons
- 3/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup of olive oil
Method
- Shred the English cucumber and strain it well to remove excess water.
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and sour cream.
- Add the strained cucumber, fresh dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Let the tzatziki sit for a few hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and intensify.

It is recommended to let the tzatziki sit for a few hours before serving for the best flavor. Using full-fat or 5% Fage Greek yogurt is essential for the correct texture and taste.
