Ingredients

COWBOY BUTTER RANCH

  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4-1/2 cup buttermilk (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

FRIED CHICKEN TENDERS BATTER

  • 2 C buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C @kindersflavors Cowboy Butter seasoning
  • Dry Mix: 3/4 C flour @kindersflavors Buttermilk Ranch Panko Flakes

Method

  1. Mix the cowboy butter ranch ingredients together and set aside (best to sit in the fridge overnight for all the flavors to develop)
  2. Prep the batter and dry mix and coat the chicken starting in the wet mix, then the dry mix for complete flavor and crisp coverage
  3. Heat up a cast iron skillet and toast your bread (optional). Fill either a pot or deep pan with olive oil, heat up to 350°F, and place tenders in for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove chicken and build sandwich with provolone cheese, tenders, ranch, and lettuce. And an extra dip of ranch for good measure.

Notes

For the best results, let the ranch sit in the fridge overnight for all the flavors to develop.
