Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese powder seasoning
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 16 ounces mini saltines
Method
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
- Add oil, chili powder, cheese powder, paprika, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne to a small bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add crackers and oil mixture to a large bowl or 1-gallon resealable plastic bag. Toss or shake until crackers are evenly coated.
- Spread out evenly in a large baking dish or on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Stir halfway through at 10 minutes.
Notes
You can use regular size saltines if you do not have mini saltines.
